We here it all the time, but indeed, there is no such thing as the perfect family. Every family is unique with its own combination of strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes families get overwhelmed by what seems like an endless list of challenges when it comes to juggling work, school and individual family members’ needs. Take care of yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Find and ask for help. Sometimes it’s hard to ask for help but remember that therapists are trained to provide valuable perspective while assessing, diagnosing and treating family members of all ages.

I have never seen it put like that. but you are right. Family stress can be brought on by so many things. a big one is not having any money. but i have seen too much money cause problems also. I have seen people fight because they dont have anything …then two brothers cutting each other up with knives and stuff fighting over stuff their dead uncle left them. crazy.
Kids are given too much power now or days. its like the government gives kids the authority to overthrow their parents. this is rediculous. soon, you are going to hear about kids raising their parents.
